Refund and Returns Policy


Petaluda offers free returns within Australia for 30 days – we even pay for the return delivery!
International returns will be accepted but the postage will be at the cost of the customer.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt.

To qualify for refund, the items must meet the following criteria. The item(s) must be:

  1. Returned within 30 days of purchase;
  2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  3. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact; and
  4. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. 
  5. When returning an item, Petaluda appreciates if you can provide a detailed reason for our records. 

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return.

Please email us the return reason, along with proof of purchase and an image of the items showing the tags and hygiene sticker intact –


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping returns

For approved returns, a shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
